Please Note:
Cancellations must be made in writing to Capture Nature Kruger Safaris.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival: 100% of the total booking amount will be forfeit.
- Cancellations made 30 to 8 days prior to booking arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be forfeit.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to date: 25% of the total booking amount will be forfeit.
Payment or part payment of this quotation/invoice means acceptance of Capture Nature Kruger Safari’s terms and conditions.
*Alternatively, a booking can be moved to a different date, within 3 months of the original booking date, without any additional cost.
Act of God Clause If natural disasters prevent a drive from taking place or being completed, the ‘Act of God’ clause applies, where it is not by choice or any fault of the service provider that services could not be rendered.
An Act of God is a natural disaster/natural event that makes it impossible or unsafe to provide services (i.e., Floods, earthquakes, severe storms or cyclones, fire, lightning, etc.). This allows the service provider to cancel bookings without breach of contract.
- The host is not legally at fault
- Bookings may be cancelled or refunded
- Neither party can usually claim damages
- Safety of guests takes preference
